Welcome to the City of Mansfield’s online Customer Service Center for your utility account, traffic citations, fines, and property taxes. Making payments are easy- no more standing in line or stamps!

Important to note:

• If you have a bench warrant, you must add the warrant fine to your ticket fees. $100 fine per warrant.
• To avoid penalties ALL property taxes must be paid by close of business on December 31 or last business day of the year.  
• NSF checks must be paid in the office with cash or 2 separate money orders.

To make paying your bill as convenient as possible, the City offers a number of different payment options:

• Pay via internet using your credit/debit card. You will need to register first in order to pay online. (Additional fees apply)

• For utility payments, mail full payment of the amount due along with your payment stub to the address indicated below. For traffic citations, mail full payment of the amount due.

Note: For utility payments, please make your check or money order payable to the City of Mansfield and write your account number on the face of the check/money order. For traffic citations, checks are not accepted. Only Cash or Money Order are acceptable. The citation number should be written in the memo section of the check. DO NOT SEND CASH.
